Store Manager
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maximizing profitability and sales at a company-owned retail store. You will maintain and represent the company's core values of service, quality and integrity to create total customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of store employees to maximize sales, enhance customer satisfaction and represent merchandise in the best possible manner
• Participate in store selling efforts to ensure personal and store sales and productivity goals are met
• Ensure all operational responsibilities are carried out for both opening and closing procedures
• Recruit, interview and hire staff
• Train, delegate and supervise staff to develop and maintain individual selling, customer service and product knowledge skills
• Conduct weekly meetings with the store staff and maintain daily communication
• Ensure housekeeping and safety standards are upheld throughout the entire store
• Partner with Human Resources and/or Loss Prevention, as needed, to address management, staff, and merchandise protection issues

Job Requirements
• Management and analytical skills are essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous 2-4 years retail management experience - any specialty product experience a plus
• Computer literate (Word, Excel and Lotus Notes)
• College Degree preferred
• Able to work flexible hours
• Demonstrate consistent, reliable attendance and punctuality
