Description: Lead Sales Associate As a Lead Sales Associate, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, ringing up sales transactions, maintaining the visual appeal of the store, assisting the store management with training new employees, and encouraging improvement among Sales Associates. Primary responsibilities • Assist Sales Associates with extraordinary and/or challenging sales transactions • Assist customers with questions and merchandise selection • Present all merchandise in most favorable manner possible to all customers and create/maintain product displays as required • Handle sales transactions • Assist with store openings and closings, as required • Act in a supervisory role on the sales floor, as requested by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager Job requirements • Previous retail experience required • Ability to handle cash, credit and check transactions accurately and courteously • Able to work flexible hours • Demonstrate consistent, reliable attendance and punctuality If you possess the required skills described above, thrive in a fast paced environment, welcome challenges, and value personal and professional growth, we want to meet with you.
